Frequently asked
Questions about the mystery.
What is a Pokémon mystery pack?
A Mystery Hits Factory pack is a hand-curated selection of Pokémon cards sealed before it ships. You don't know exactly which cards are inside until you open it — that's the point — but every pack is built to a documented minimum value floor, so you always know the least it's worth.
Are Mystery Hits Factory packs worth it?
Every pack and bundle is hand-assembled to clear a documented minimum value floor for its tier, and most buyers land in the typical-value range shown on each product page. We never pad packs with bulk or filler — each tier lists its minimum, typical, and chase values up front.
Are the contents random?
Yes. Mystery products are randomized — that's why they're a mystery. What's guaranteed is the value floor and the condition standard for the tier you buy, not a specific card. Once a sealed pack is opened, all sales are final.
What condition are the cards in?
Every raw card meets a Light Play or better minimum. Graded tiers contain professionally graded slabs. We don't ship damaged or heavily played cards.
Do you offer graded cards?
Yes — our Elite Graded and Vault Graded tiers are built around professionally graded slabs, with higher value floors than the raw tiers. Each graded tier's guarantee and value range is listed on its product page.
How fast do you ship, and where?
Orders ship within 2 business days. We ship across the US and Canada, with standard, express, and international options at checkout. Free standard US shipping on orders over $50.
What is your return policy?
Because contents are revealed once the seal is broken, all sales are final on mystery products. The exception is shipping damage: if your package arrives damaged, email info@mysteryhitsfactory.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Are the cards authentic?
Yes. Every card we pack is genuine Pokémon TCG product — sealed boosters and singles sourced and verified before they go into a pack. We never ship counterfeits or proxies.
